Walsall manager Jon Whitney has spoken to the local press ahead of this weekend's clash between the Saddlers and Bury, and has discussed his belief that his side are set to make it three wins on the bounce as they visit Gigg Lane this weekend.
Speaking via the Express & Star, Jon said; "The lads are ready, the lads are fit and the lads are confident about moving forward. We want to repeat the energy levels shown in our last two games. We want to do the same again.
"We’ve looked at Bury. They have a striker in a rich vein of form in James Vaughan. But they at home. They are expected to attack and entertain. We can go there and really frustrate them. We have got some dangerous players and are confident of performing again."
