Walsall Confirm Player Departure as Contract Comes to an End

DJT is preparing to move to a new club following a strong loan season with Drogheda United.

The Club has confirmed that Douglas James-Taylor will leave the Pallet Track Bescot Stadium at the end of the month, following the expiration of his contract.

As reported on Sunday, morning, DJT, who has enjoyed a successful loan spell with Drogheda United, is being linked with a move to the Drogs' League of Ireland Premier Division rivals Bohemians.

James-Taylor initially joined the Saddlers on loan from Stoke City at the start of the 2022/23 season, before signing permanently in June 2023 and went on to score five times across sixty-three appearances.
