23-year-old Roberts spent the first half of the 2024/25 campaign up in Scotland where he made 21 appearances for Scottish Championship side Partick Thistle, keeping eight clean sheets in the process, before heading to League One side Bristol Rovers for the second half of the season.
He began his career at Reading where he came through the club’s youth system and during his time with the Royals, he gained experience out on loan with Wealdstone and Tonbridge Angels.
After leaving the Royals, he joined the Hornets in January 2020 and has gone on to have multiple loan spells away from Vicarage Road, including full seasons with National League South clubs Concord Rangers and Welling United and during his time with Welling, he won the Manager’s Player of the Year award.
Following the news of Myles' arrival, Saddlers Head Coach Mat Sadler admitted he is pleased to add another goalkeeper to his ranks, he said: "Myles is another really promising young goalkeeper who we are excited to be working with for the upcoming season.
"He had a great first half of the season last year up in Scotland, and I am sure he will want to kick on from his experiences that he had up there with Partick.
"I'd like to thank Watford for trusting us with the next part of his development and it's going to be great to see him develop with us and to see him work closely with Dan Still, Sam Hornby and Jenson Kilroy in the goalkeeping department."
