CASHLESS PARTS OF THE STADIUM
The Banks’s Stadium is now a cashless venue. Cash will not be accepted across the Ticket Office, Kiosks, Club Shop and hospitality areas.

Any supporter who does not have a credit or debit card will be able to load cash onto a gift card that can be used at kiosks, bars and hospitality areas.

Supporters who wish to deposit cash will need to go to window five of the Ticket Office to do this.

You will be able to upload £10, £20, £30 or £50 onto the gift card. Should you have money left over after the match, please keep your gift card, and you will be able to top it up further at future matches.

Please bear with us as this is a new system being implemented, and the pandemic has presented some challenges around staffing and supply. We appreciate your patience.

CASH ONLY AREAS OF THE STADIUM
While we are still in the transitional period of moving cashless, the Green Zone Car Park and purchase of matchday programmes will be CASH ONLY.

Parking in the green zone car park is £5 and programmes will be priced at £2 for our pre-season friendlies (£3 for league matches). The club will communicate again with supporters once the transition has been completed.

The concession units will serve chips, burgers, hot dogs, pies, confectionary, hot drinks and soft drinks. This concession unit will also serve alcohol pre-match only. Concession Units will accept both cash and card.

Please bear with us as this is a new system being implemented and the pandemic has presented some challenges around staffing and supply. We appreciate your patience.
