Walsall FC to Launch 'Saddlers' Lottery' in the New Year

Club officials are set to launch a new fundraising initiative.
Walsall Football Club are set to launch an official lottery, branded as the Saddlers' Lottery, in early 2021.

A Twitter account, @SaddlersLottery, has launched revealing early details of the lottery including the confirmation that it will operate with a view to raising money for both the club and community.

A recent status update posted on the official Saddlers' Lottery Twitter account confirms; "Launching 2nd Jan 2021! Are you a huge Walsall FC fan? Fancy winning some great cash prizes?

"Or just want to support some local good causes? Well, @SaddlersLottery offers you the chance to do all three!!"

The post also states that the lottery will cost £1 per entry as the club continues to battle against the various pitfalls of the ongoing crisis and looks to raise some much-needed funds over the coming days, weeks, and months.
