Reports this evening suggest that Walsall Football Club have received a £350,000 bid for last season's top-scorer Tom Bradshaw, as the Welsh international continues to attract interest from clubs up and down the country.

Reports on the Daily Mail website suggest that today's bid, which is likely to include several performance based add-ons, has been made by the Saddlers' Play-Off conquerors Barnsley, as manager Paul Heckingbottom looks to add to his side ahead of the coming campaign.

Walsall, who are also said to have rejected an earlier offer from the Tykes, are believed to be seeking a fee within the region of £750,000 plus add-ons.

Tom, who has scored forty goals in just over eighty first-team appearances since he joined the Saddlers from near-rivals Shrewsbury Town two season's ago, is expected to command a total figure of around £1,000,000, with the Shrews likely to pocket around 20% of the profit.
