Walsall Football Club are set to launch a bid to bring Manchester City striker Jordy Hiwula back to the club on loan following a successful spell towards the end of the 2014/15 campaign.
Saddlers manager Dean Smith spoke to the Express & Star and expressed his interest in the young Citizen, he said; “I would like to bring Jordy back, he did really well for us and he is a smashing kid as well.
"But he is a Manchester City player so they will have to decide what they want to do with him. They’ll have a look at him over pre-season but he certainly ticked all the boxes for us in terms of character, type of player and mentality.”
