Walsall Football Club right-back Ben Purkiss has spoken to the club's official website ahead of this evening's Sky Bet League 1 clash with Swindon Town, and has looked back to last weekend's draw with Crewe Alexandra.
Speaking to Saddlers.co.uk, Ben said; “They shaded the first half. We got a lot of balls into their box in the second half and we looked the most likely side.
There was a bit of fortune with our equaliser, but we deserved it. It was an open game on a very difficult surface, so we’ll take the point and move on to Swindon now.

“Swindon’s defeat at the weekend puts them on the back-foot; they’re not in the form they were earlier in the season and will see it as an instant chance to bounce back.
“We know that if we’re at it and reach the standards that we have set ourselves, we can end the season strongly. We’ll be going all out to get as many points as we can.”
