Walsall manager Dean Smith has spoken to the club's official website ahead of this evening's away trip to Swindon Town, and has discussed his desire to extend his side's unbeaten run.
Speaking to Saddlers.co.uk, Smith said; "Saturday's draw at Crewe made it five games unbeaten as we head to face a Swindon Town outfit who still have their sights set on claiming automatic promotion.
"They will be determined to bounce back straight away from their home defeat at the hands of Yeovil Town on Saturday, and we know that we are going to have to be at it right from the off .
"If we can produce the kind of performance we did at their place last season, it will stand us in good stead for the challenge that we face.
"It’s our game in hand and we will be keen to build upon our current unbeaten run.
"Looking back at Saturday’s game at Crewe, it was by no means a classic. Both teams displayed plenty of effort and endeavour, but the conditions meant that quality was lacking.
"We moved the ball better and with more tempo after the break and dominated the second period.
"Whilst our goal had a touch of fortune about it, we deserved at least a point and it keeps the momentum going as we face these final three games.
"Our travelling support of over 700 gave us excellent backing throughout the afternoon at Gresty Road and more of the same is going to be required on Tuesday."
