Walsall's Carabao Cup Clash with Bristol City Rescheduled

Walsall's EFL Cup - Round One clash with Bristol City has been rescheduled.

Walsall's Carabao Cup - Round One meeting with Championship side Bristol City at Ashton Gate has been brought forward 24 hours and will now take place on Thursday, 6th August.

Originally scheduled for Friday, 7th August, the change has been agreed after the hosts were advised that the fixture could not take place between Friday and Sunday due to the annual International Balloon Festival, an event which sees road closures in and around Ashton Gate and over 500,000 people attending over the weekend.

Whilst the change is out of Walsall FC's control, they have offered their apologies to supporters for any inconvenience this may cause.
