A versatile operator, Webb spent part of last season with the Colemen, securing his first taste of men's first-team football, something that should hold him in good stead for the upcoming campaign.
Coleshill manager Harry Harris, who himself made his way through the Walsall academy system, sought to welcome Louie to the club, he said: "Louie joined us on loan from Walsall last season and done well,
"I’m pleased to have him with us permanently now and hopefully he can kick on.
"He has a lot of potential so we will be working with him to get him a lot of football as he missed quite a lot through injury last season."
