This plan sets out a clear roadmap for how they'll continue to engage, communicate and collaborate with Saddlers fans throughout the season.
It builds on the strong foundations laid in 2024/25 and has been shaped by ongoing dialogue with supporters through our themed focus groups, surveys, matchday feedback and wider consultation.
Key features of this season’s plan include:
- Structured board-level updates (written or video) in September, November, February and May
- Continued delivery of Fan Focus Groups, scheduled for September, January and April
- The launch of Saddlers United – a new initiative in partnership with the Walsall FC Foundation to give community groups and organisations the chance to attend matches
- A new matchday drop-in clinic, giving fans the opportunity to speak with a member of our Executive Team and a Focus Group representative
- A “You Said / We Did” section on our website to show how supporter feedback is being actioned
- Continued delivery of supporter engagement events across the season
