Signing a -year contract, 6ft 4in Pressley is a former Scottish youth international and began his career at both the Heart of Midlothian and Aston Villa academies, spending seven years at Villa Park.
Going on to join Brentford in January 2020, Aaron spent much of his time in the Brentford B team, though did make a total of three first-team appearances for the Bees.
During his spell at Brentford, he also spent time on loan with the likes of AFC Wimbledon and Accrington Stanley, scoring twelve goals across a total of fifty-four games.
Leaving the Bees in August 2023, Pressley then joined Stevenage on a two-year deal, but saw his first-team opportunities suffer due to an injury that restricted him to twenty-five games.
His second season with the Boro was also a difficult one as, after making just seven appearances, he was ultimately loaned out to Barrow in a bid to find fitness — twenty-one games and four goals would follow.
Speaking via the club's official website, Head Coach Mat Sadler sought to welcome Aaron to the club, he said: "I’m delighted to secure Aaron’s signature.
"He’s a player that I’ve liked for some time now, not just in the last six months, but I’ve known of Aaron for a considerable amount of time.
"He worked with a friend of mine at Stevenage, and he’s someone I’ve kept a really close eye on over the last 18 months.
"He’s a strong, powerful centre-forward who likes to rough centre-backs up, and he comes on the back of a really productive loan at Barrow last season where he really started to establish himself as a real threat for defenders.
"We’re really pleased to get him on a permanent, a three-year contract, and he comes in as another set of the group of young, hungry players that we’ve got at the club that we want to continue to recruit.
"They want to get better, they want to improve, and it fits exactly the mould of players that we’re bringing in and the identity of the club.
"I’m really chuffed that Aaron has decided to join us amongst all the other clubs that were in for him, of which there were a lot, so we’re extremely happy to get this one done."
