Bury-born Earing joined the Saddlers from FC Halifax Town in the summer of 2021, and went on to make 114 first-team appearances, scoring nine goals.
However, after playing fifty-one times in his first season, Jack would suffer a series of injury setbacks that saw him manage just thirty-five games over the next two campaigns.
More injury issues arose during the most recent campaign, but Jack was able to make twenty-eight appearances, and scored two of the Saddlers' four goals against Colchester United in September.
Posted on his official Instagram account, Jack said: "4 years at this wonderful club.
"I’d just like to thank everyone from the staff, players, coaches and fans who made me feel so welcome and have supported me through all the enjoyable and difficult times.
"The lads have been amazing this season, and I’ll always be grateful for sharing a dressing room with them all.
"The last few months have been really frustrating personally as I couldn’t be out there, but now I’m looking forward to a new beginning and being back out there doing what I love.
"Thank you for everything, Walsall FC."
Best of luck for the future, Jack!
