CATCH-UP | Sawyers Starts as Sugar Boyz Are Too Sweet for Suriname

Last week, Walsall attacker Romaine Sawyers was named among the starting XI as his St Kitts and Nevis side took on Suriname in the Second Round of Qualification for the Scotiabank CFU Caribbean Cup 2017.

The match, which took place on Wednesday, 1st June at the Warner Park Sporting Complex, Basseterre saw 'SKN' defeat suriname by one-goal-to-nil as Leicester City forward Harry Panayiotou slotted home thirty-minutes into the first half.

The Sugar Boyz, who have already secured their safe passage to the next stage, will now take on Saint Vincent and the Grenadines on Tuesday, 7th June at the Arnos Vale Stadium in Kingstown, Saint Vincent, with Vincy Heat, who suffered defeat at the hands of Suriname on Saturday evening, needing a win to make it through.
