The Saddlers, who haven't won the BSC in over twenty years, have a rare game-free midweek and could field a competitive side with some of the first-team fringe players possibly featuring alongside many of the club's under 18s prospects.

Opponents Rugby Town currently sit 20th in the Evo-Stik Northern Premier League Division One South, having won just two of their opening ten games. The Valley, who have lost six and drawn their two remaining games, have scored eleven league goals so far this season, while conceding twenty-one.

Rugby Town will be hoping to continue their recent upturn in from, which has seen them progress to the Third Qualifying Round of this season's Football Association Challenge Cup.
