The Walsall Football Supporters' Trust have released details of a commemorative t-shirt that they are to release to celebrate the Saddlers' progression to the Johnstone's Paint Trophy Final. The shirts, which will be sold in aid of The Brain Tumour Charity and the Walsall FC Youth Development Programme, will be available in a variety of sizes.

Released via WalsallFCTrust.org.uk, the Trust confirm, "Following the derailment of our fund raising efforts to raise funds for both The Brain Tumour Charity and the Walsall FC Youth Development Programme, details of which we're now sure you may have already heard of, a friend of the Trust has made available a number of 'Wembley 15' t-shirts (at no financial risk to themselves) in the hope that we can continue to raise funds for both causes.

"The t-shirts which are white and available in sizes Small (s) to Extra-Extra Large (xxl) display the Walsall FC swift on the front made up of the 'Wednesbury Road' lyrics, whilst the back simply reads 'Wembley 15'. Priced at just £5 each, they are a great memento from the clubs first ever visit to Wembley Stadium, and although neither the performance or the result went the way Walsall supporters would have liked them to on the day, it is still a day that we will be able to sit back and remember for many years to come.

"For anyone interested in placing an order for one of these shirts, please contact Trust Secretary Steve Davies via email at [email protected] or via our official Facebook Group at www.facebook.com/groups/walsallfctrust."
