Walsall manager Dean Smith has spoken to the press ahead of this weekend's Sky Bet League One clash with Crewe Alexandra, and has offered a brief update on the injury status of this season's top scorer Tom Bradshaw, who has missed the last two games due to a recurrence of a hamstring injury he suffered earlier in the campaign.
Speaking to the
Express & Star, Smith said; “We are still not sure. We will give him another day and see how it is.
“It is similar to the problem James Chambers had, both are fatigue injuries and what we don’t want to do is bring him back and let him miss more games.
“Knowing we have three games in a week, we have to know he is right.”
