CONFIRMED, DARLOW RECALLED

On-loan goalkeeper Karl Darlow HAS been recalled by parent club Nottingham Forest.

On-loan goalkeeper Karl Darlow HAS been recalled by parent club Nottingham Forest.

Earlier this afternoon we reported of his potential departure, this has now been confirmed by Karl himself who commented "Pleased to be back, again a massive thank you to Walsall. Interesting times".

This follows the news current Forest number 1 Lee Camp is set to leave the City Ground on a free transfer before the close of the January Transfer Window as the 28-year-old Northern Ireland international's contract, that's due to expire at the end of the season, will not be renewed.

With Walsall now short on cover for David Grof we expect The Saddlers to dip into the loan market again in the very near future.
