The first round of the Sky Bet EFL broadcast selections have now been confirmed for the period up until Saturday, 3rd October, with two of the Saddlers' upcoming Sky Bet League Two fixtures being selected for live broadcast on Sky Sports.Walsall's first home game of the 2026/27 season against Grimsby Town on Saturday, 22nd August, that was originally scheduled to kick off at 3pm will now get underway at the earlier time of 12:30pm, having been selected for live coverage on Sky Sports+.
In addition, the match against Port Vale on Saturday, 19th September, at the Pallet-Track Bescot Stadium has also been chosen for live broadcast and will kick off at the earlier time of 12:30pm on Sky Sports+.
All opening weekend matches in the Championship, League One, and League Two are once again set to be broadcast live on Sky Sports, along with all Carabao Cup and EFL Trophy fixtures.
By Friday, 31st July, all TV selections will be confirmed for the period up to the FA Cup Third Round on the weekend of 9th January 2027. Further information on the broadcast selection process can be found on EFL.com.
