Walsall defender Connor Barrett is believed to be close to securing a move to Sky Bet League One outfit Wigan Athletic after the clubs reportedly came to terms on a transfer agreement.As first reported by Pete O'Rourke, Barrett, who has a year remaining on his contract, is set to complete the move to the Brick Community Stadium side as they build their side for the upcoming 2026/27 campaign.
