McLloyd Oben Joins Stratford Town on Loan

He's made the short-term switch to Stratford as he gets another taste of first-team football.

Young Walsall midfielder McLloyd Oben has joined local Southern League, Premier Central side Stratford Town on an initial one-month youth loan.

Joining the Bards on non-league Deadline Day, McLloyd links up with fellow Saddler Charlie Wragg, who is already enjoying a spell at the DCS Stadium.

Oben has already made three first-team appearances for the Saddlers, as he and many of his Under-18s teammates featured in the EFL Trophy earlier this season.
