Walsall have confirmed that Levi Amantchi has joined National League aide Gateshead on a permanent basis after the two clubs reached a suitable agreement, the terms of which will remain undisclosed.Recently returned from a loan spell with National League leaders Rochdale, 25-year-old Amantchi joined the Saddlers from Bromley in January 2025, and went on to make 21 appearances in all competitions.
After seeing several players signed in his preferred position, Levi was sent on loan to Rochdale and secured twenty first-team appearances for Jimmy McNulty's title-chasers before returning to his parent club.
