There are a handful of Saddlers currently out on loan, with players from the academy and first-team looking to impress and potentially force their way into Mat Sadler's first-team plans.
Sam Oliver • Dudley Town
Sam started as the Robins took on Whitchurch Alport at the Gardening Warehouse Arena in the Midland Football League.
The Robins bagged the opening goal of the game midway through the first-half when the ever-reliable Matty Funge struck the ball into the back of the net.
Sadly, Dudley couldn't hold onto their lead as Alport levelled the scores in the latter stages of the game when Alex Hughes levelled the scores.
Will Etheridge, Paul Makavore • Darlaston Town
Paul Makavore started and Will Etheridge was named on the bench as Darlaston played host Trafford on Saturday afternoon.
The opening goal didn't arrive until the early stages of the second-half, when Callum Knowles put Darlo ahead.
Will had to remain patient as he was eventually introduces into the action with twelve minutes of the match remaining, replacing goalscorer Knowles.
Louie Webb • Coleshill Town
Louie started as the Coalmen took on Bourne Town in the Northern Premier League on Saturday afternoon.
Coleshill opened the scoring via Lewis Allison with nine minutes of the second-half played, although their lead was short-lived as Sam Bayly levelled later in the half.
Louie didn't play for the full ninety, as he was replaced by former Saddlers scholar Alex McSkeane with eighteen minutes left to play.
Lincoln Hunt • Worcester Raiders
Lincoln was named on the bench as the Raiders took on Hallen in the Hellenic League Premier Division.
It was a comfortable afternoon for Worcester as goals from Manny, Prince Henry, and Cam made Keanu Miller's late goal nothing more than a consolation strike.
Ollie Nash • Smethwick Rangers
Ollie started and scored as Smethwick took on Wednesfield in the Midland Football League Division One on Saturday afternoon.
Ollie's goal was disappointingly not enough to secure the win for his short-term side, as Wednesfield scores two goals of their own to take the win.
Charlie Wragg • Halesowen Town
Charlie had to make do with a place on the bench as the Yeltz played host to Leiston at the Grove.
The visitors took a two-goal first-half lead thanks to a Ben Fowkes brace, but Halesowen looked to be on their way back into the contest when Fin Holmes scored in the second-half.
Unfortunately for the Yeltz, they were reduced to ten men as James Kellermann was issued with two quick-fire cautions, adding to his team's troubles.
Charlie had to wait until midway through the second-half to take to the field, when he was one of a double change.
Ronan Maher • Tamworth
Ronan started and scored as Tamworth defeated Southend United 2-1 in the National League on Saturday evening.
Taking place at the Lamb, Tamworth opened the scoring via Jordan Cullinane-Liburd's tap-in midway through the first-half.
Oli Coker levelled the scores two-minutes into the second-half, only for Maher to crash the ball home through a crowded penalty area to help the Lambs secure a first win in four.
Ronan didn't complete the full ninety-minutes, as he was replaced by Kwaku Donkor in the dying stages of the contest.
Josh Gordon • Barrow
Josh started and completed the full ninety minutes as the Bluebirds slipped to a 2-1 defeat against Cheltenham Town on Friday evening.
Taking place at the SO Legal Stadium, the visiting Robins took the lead via Hakeeb Adelakun with six-minutes of the first-half remaining.
Barrow levelled the scores thanks to a Ben Whitfield effort early in the second-half, only for Ethon Archer to put Cheltenham back ahead with six minutes of normal time still to play.
Levi Amantchi • Rochdale
Levi was an unused substitute as Rochdale continued their reign at the top of the National League table with a comfortable 3-1 triumph over Altrincham on Friday evening.
Goals from Joe Pritchard, Connor McBride, and Tyler Smith saw the Dale home to victory as they continue to set the pace at the top of the table over the festive period.
