There are a handful of Saddlers currently out on loan, with players from the academy and first-team looking to impress and potentially force their way into Mat Sadler's first-team plans for the ongoing campaign.

Levi Amantchi • 90' minutes • Rochdale 4 Solihull Moors 1
Levi was named in the starting XI and played for the full ninety minutes as Rochdale defeated Solihull Moor 4-1 at the Crown Oil Arena on Tuesday evening.

Sitting second in the National League ahead of kick-off, Dale were hoping to avoid falling further behind league leaders Forest Green Rovers when they welcomed the Moors to Greater Manchester.

And, thanks to a Ryan East brace, along with goals from Devante Rodney and Sam Beckwith, they were able to take all three points and maintain their place below Forest Green.

Solihull, who had begun to rebound from a slow start to the season — picking up seven points from their previous three matches — did get on the scoresheet via Callum McFarlane, but couldn't drag themselves back into the game.
