The Saddlers are said to be keen on securing the services of a young Northern Irish midfielder.
Bescot Banter - Walsall FC NewsAs Head Coach Mat Sadler continues to build his side ahead of the 2025/26 campaign, Walsall have been linked with a move for 21-year-old Larne central midfielder, Dylan Sloan.

A current Northern Ireland Under-21 international, Sloan is a product of both the Larne and Glentoran youth systems having moved to the Inver Reds in the summer of 2019.

Born in Newtownards, Sloan made several appearances for the Larne second string, whilst also enjoying loan spells with Knockbreda and Newry City before breaking into his parent club's first-team.

Signing a new long-term contract in January, he has made fifty-eight Premiership appearances, helping the team to back-to-back Gibson Cup successes, as well as playing a part in their qualification for the UEFA Conference League.
