It's Matchday, and here's all you need to know.

Walsall will be in action this evening as they make their way to the Your Co-Op Community Stadium, where they'll take on Leamington in their first pre-season outing of the summer.

After suffering a disappointing defeat to AFC Wimbledon in the League Two Play-Off Final in May, the Saddlers have embarked upon a summer of change as Head Coach Mat Sadler has set about a squad refresh with the likes of Liam Gordon, Taylor Allen and Ryan Stirk departing.

Building strength in defence and adding new power in attack, the Sadler will field a team made up of some recent arrivals, along with players from last season and some potential trialists as there are still a few gaps to fill if the team is to be ready for the upcoming new campaign.
