Ryan Stirk Rejects Walsall Contract, Agrees Chesterfield Move

The midfielder has made the move to Derbyshire.
Bescot Banter - Walsall FC NewsWalsall midfielder Ryan Stirk has rejected the Saddlers offer of a new contract and agreed to join Chesterfield following the conclusion of his deal on Tuesday, 1st July. 

24-year-old, Birmingham-born Stirk joined the Saddlers from his hometown club in the summer of 2023, and went on to make some 97 first-team appearances, scoring four goals.

CLUB STATEMENT
Ryan Stirk has rejected our offer of a new contract to take up an opportunity elsewhere.
Ryan played 97 times during his two years with the Saddlers, and we would like to thank him for his efforts and wish him well for the future.
