Walsall have confirmed part of their schedule of games ahead of the 2022/23 campaign, with Michael Flynn's Saddlers set to take on the likes of Aston Villa and Coventry City before the new campaign gets underway.
The Reds will welcome Steven Gerrard Aston Villa to Poundland Bescot Stadium at 1.00pm on Saturday, 9th July, before taking on the Sky Blues in WS1 on Tuesday, 19th July, with that game to get underway at 7.30pm.
Tickets for the game v Aston Villa will officially go on sale online, over the phone and directly from the Ticket Office at Poundland Bescot Stadium on Friday, 10th June.

Saddlers season ticket holders will have their seats reserved for a week, giving them priority to sit in their season ticket seats.
The club would like to make supporters aware that only the Main Stand and the Lower tier behind the goal will be open, with further pre-season friendlies will be announced in due course.
