Here is our latest look at how the loaned-out Saddlers are getting on.

Walsall defender Joe Foulkes and midfielder Joe Willis are currently away on short-term loan deals as they look to force their way into Matthew Taylor's first-team plans.

Defender Foulkes is plying his trade in the Vanarama National League North with Kidderminster Harriers, whilst midfielder Willis is with Southern League Premier Division Central side Bromsgrove Sporting.

Joe Foulkes was named on the bench as Kidderminster played host to Alfreton Town on Saturday afternoon as the defender continues his comeback from injury which saw him miss several weeks of action earlier this season.

However, the young Saddler won't care about his lack of action on this particular occasion, as the match was ultimately abandoned during the first-half as former Walsall defender Matt Preston suffered a serious injury which saw him receive treatment for fifteen minutes before he was stretched off ahead of the abandonment.

We would like to wish Matt all the best for his recovery and have no doubt he’ll come back strong and determined to get back to the level of form he has produced over recent weeks.

Joe Willis didn't see any action on Saturday afternoon as Bromsgrove Sporting's meeting with Peterborough Sports was postponed due to a waterlogged pitch at the Turbines' Lincoln Road ground.
