With thanks to Walsall FC, here is a handy guide for supporters visiting the Saddlers' Banks’s Stadium for Saturday's Sky Bet League Two clash with Forest Green Rovers, which is due to kick-off at 3.00pm..

The Stadium Suite will be open from 12pm to ALL supporters with a valid match ticket. Please enter via the stadium suite reception. It is also open at half-time to supporters in the Upper and Middle Tier of the Homeserve Stand and Poundland Main Stand (who enter the Stadium by exiting Gate 4 and entering via Stairwell A of the Homeserve Stand). It is open after the game to all supporters.

The Mick Kearns Community Hub will be open to supporters who are sat in the HomeServe Lower Tier from 1.30pm.

As well as drinks, pies, crisps and chocolate will be available in the Hub. Please note, only supporters with tickets in the HomeServe Lower Tier will be able to access the Hub once they have entered the Stadium.

There will be a concession unit for supporters in the Main Stand to access and a concession unit for supporters in the St Francis Group Community Stand to access.

The concession units will serve chips, burgers, hot dogs, pies, confectionary, hot drinks and soft drinks. Alcohol will be served pre-match only.

Please note, only supporters with tickets in the Main Stand and Community Stand respectively will be able to access the concession units at halftime. Supporters in the Homeserve Upper Tier will have access to Kiosk 7 and supporters in the Lower Tier will have access to Kiosk 3 and 4.

Away supporters will have access to the Away Bar upon entring the Stadium and access to Kiosk 1.

The Club Shop will be open from 12pm through to 5pm on Saturday matchdays. 2021-22 training wear will be available in store. You can also pick up a copy of the matchday programme - Saddlers Shout.

The Ticket Office will be open from 11am until kick-off tomorrow. Please remember, cash will not be accepted at the Ticket Office. You can also purchase online at any time.

If you are experiencing issues downloading your season ticket to your smartphone, we advise you to come to the Ticket Office window between 11am-12pm to avoid queues and allow plenty of time for the team to assist you.

The Banks’s Stadium is now a cashless venue. Cash will not be accepted across the Ticket Office, Kiosks, Club Shop and hospitality areas.

Any supporter who does not have a credit or debit card will be able to load cash onto a gift card that can be used at kiosks, bars and hospitality areas.

Supporters who wish to deposit cash will need to go to window five of the Ticket Office to do this.

You will be able to upload £10, £20, £30 or £50 onto the gift card. Should you have money left over after the match, please keep your gift card, and you will be able to top it up further at future matches.

Please bear with us as this is a new system being implemented, and the pandemic has presented some challenges around staffing and supply. We appreciate your patience.

While we are still in the transitional period of moving cashless, the Green Zone Car Park and purchase of matchday programmes will be CASH ONLY.

Parking in the green zone car park is £5 and programmes are £3. We will communicate again with supporters once the transition has been completed.

Supporters will be able to purchase our programme, Saddlers Shout, outside the stadium from our programme sellers. They will also be available at the Club Shop.

While face coverings aren’t mandatory, we advise and encourage supporters to wear a face covering where possible, particularly when walking around the stadium.

The fanzone in the St Francis Group Stand is now required to be a self-isolation zone and will unfortunately not be open to supporters.

Please note, supporters will not be able to access the Park Inn Hotel bar at any point. The hotel is being used for people in quarantine after travel.
