Walsall's Media Men to Put in the Miles For Charity

The communications department at Walsall FC have announced plans to run 260 kilometres over the next twenty-eight days in aid of our local Acorns Children's Hospice and the club's new Community Hub.
The group, which consists of media officer Paul Joannou, multi-media editor Tom Heslop, marketing apprentice Sam Hadwen and club secretary and director Dan Mole, would like to raise a minimum of £500 to help the club further surpass it's initial £10,000 target.

As the club continues to work closely with the much-needed hospice, including player visits and other fund-raising initiatives, Saddlers staff feel very strongly about retaining the service for Walsall and the Black Country.

Alongside raising money for the Hospice, the Club are building a brand new Community Hub which will be used by almost everybody connected to Walsall FC.

Speaking via their JustGiving page, the group said; "We'd be very appreciative if you could give something, even if it is small, to keep us motivated over the next 28 days!"
