Destination Poland: Walsall Squad Heads Out For Their Pre-Season Training Camp

Walsall manager Darrell Clarke and his Saddlers squad have begun to make their way to Poland for their brief pre-season Training Camp.
Clarke, who has overseen an almost complete squad overhaul since replacing Dean Keates earlier this year, will take his side through various team-building exercises as he looks to strengthen their bond ahead of the 2019/20 League Two campaign.

Joining the training camp will be recent signings Wes McDonald, Danny Guthrie, and Mat Sadler, the trio joining the club during a busy Thursday afternoon at Banks's Stadium as the manager continued to shape his side following the recent player exodus.

Along with their various activities, the Saddlers will also take part in a behind-closed-doors friendly against an as-yet-unnamed side as the team continues to prepare for their season-opening clash with Northampton Town, which will take place at the PTS Academy Stadium on Saturday, 3rd August.
