Walsall Seeking New Academy Manager

As Walsall FC continue to prepare for life in League Two, the club has posted a job advert seeking applications to fill the now vacant Academy Manager's position.
Previously held by Graham Biggs, the role will see the successful candidate oversee the club's youth system and specifically requires them to have the same ethos, passion, and drive as the club as a whole.

Posted on the Sport Careers Agency website, the application process is open until Wednesday, 26th June and will likely attract a number of candidates as role such as this one are often difficult to secure with clubs usually choosing to recruit from within.

The Academy Manager will have to oversee several aspects of the club's academy, including managing the club's under-18s, who currently compete in the EFL Youth Alliance, and are seeking a marked improvement upon their 2018/19 campaign.
