Audio: O'Connor Downbeat as Saddlers' Slump Continues

Listen as Walsall's interim manager Martin O'Connor speaks to BBC WM Sport and reacts to Easter Monday's narrow defeat to Wycombe Wanderers.
A sweetly-struck second-half free-kick from former Walsall loanee Jason McCarthy was enough to secure a crucial win for Gareth Ainsworth's Chairboys, a result which leaves the Saddlers four points off safety and helps Wycombe to edge away from danger.

O'Connor, who made five changes from the side which drew with Southend United, admitted that his side didn't do enough to win the game and have been playing under something of a cloud over recent weeks and months.

Skip admitted that he told his players, several of whom are out of contract in the summer, that they have to take more pride in whichever shirt they wear, before revealing that he is open to dropping players who he feels aren't up for the task in hand.
