Walsall winger Zeli Ismail has been named in the Football League Paper's 'Team of the Day' following his goal-scoring display during Saturday afternoon's League One victory over Oxford United.
24-year-old, Albania-born Ismail, a former loanee who returned to the club on a permanent basis over the summer, scored the scored the Saddlers' second goal in a 2-1 victory over Oxford United as Dean Keates' side returned to winning ways.
The Saddlers' other goal was scored by Morgan Ferrier as the men in red bounced back from last weekend's disappointing 4-1 defeat to Doncaster Rovers, as they continue to defy the bookmakers' odds and sit towards the top of the table..
