Keates Still Keen to Add Another Player to His Squad

Walsall manager Dean Keates, who rebuilt much of his squad over the summer, has spoken to the local press and confirmed he is still on the lookout for a further signing, and is keeping tabs on a particular free agent who is also attracting interest from a club in the Championship.
Keates, who saw his Saddlers side return to winning ways as they secured 2-1 victory over Oxford United, admitted that whilst he is happy with the squad at his disposal, there is one player he would still like to bring in.

Speaking via the Express & Star, Dean said; "We have the opportunity to bring someone in and I am trying. Will we get it done? I don’t know. He has had the opportunity to have a look at something in the division above us. It’s just a waiting game at the minute."
