Staffordshire Senior Cup: Walsall to Face Wolverhampton Sporting

It has today been confirmed that John Ward's Walsall Development side will travel to Wolverhampton Sporting in the First Round of this season's Staffordshire FA Senior Challenege Cup.

The match is currently scheduled for Wednesday, 19th September and will take place at Sporting's home of Pride Park, which is on Hazel Lane in Great Wyrley, and will kick-off at 7.45pm.

The Saddlers' development side have not entered the Central League this season but will not be short of action as they will be hoping to make progress in the Staffordshire, Birmingham, and Walsall Senior Cups along with the Central League Cup and several behind closed doors friendlies in what looks to be a packed fixture list.
