Walsall manager Dean Keates has spoken to the local press and revealed that - despite both the Permanent and Loan Transfer Windows now being closed - he remains hopeful of adding another player to his Saddlers squad.
The manager, who has led his side through an undefeated start to the league season, revealed that he is hopeful of recruiting a free agent to his side, with the potential new arrival being described as a 'great addition to the football club.'
The gaffer, who was speaking via the
Express & Star, said;
"There is still a possibility that we might be able to get someone in who has had their contract terminated. I am hopeful for that one. And if we can do it, it will be a great addition to the squad and the football club."
