Pre-Season: Walsall to Take on Rushall Olympic

As Walsall manager Dean Keates continues to prepare for his first full season at the helm, the club have confirmed another pre-season fixture, which will see the Saddlers making the short trip to Rushall Olympic.

The Saddlers, who have already confirmed fixtures against Aston Villa, Cheltenham Town and Dutch giants Ajax, will travel to Dales Lane on Friday, 6th July, with kick-off scheduled for 7.30pm.

A young Saddlers side were held to a two-all draw by the Pics last pre-season, with academy graduates Jordon Sangha and Cameron Peters scoring our goals. Walsall also visited Rushall in the Staffordshire Senior Cup in October, winning 2-0 thanks to first-half goals from Tobias Hayles-Docherty and on-loan Bury winger Zeli Ismail.
