Liam Roberts has put pen to paper on a new contract which will see him remain at Banks's Stadium until at least the summer of 2020.

Walsall FC have confirmed that goalkeeper Liam Roberts has put pen to paper on a new contract which will see him remain at Banks's Stadium until at least the summer of 2020.

Walsall Football Club are delighted to confirm that goalkeeper Liam Roberts has signed a new two-and-a-half year contract with the club.

Walsall-born Roberts has been with The Saddlers since the age of fourteen, coming through the Academy system and becoming the first goalkeeper to break into the first-team.

The young stopper has developed through the years under the guidance of former goalkeeping coach Neil Cutler and has gone on to make fifteen appearances in total for Walsall this term, including tem League One starts.
