Walsall FC have confirmed that young central defender Dan Vann has joined local Evo Stik Northern Premier League side Stafford Rangers, on an initial one-month loan.
The Solihull-born centre-back is another product of the Saddlers' youth system and signed his first professional contract with the club in November 2016.
18-year-old Vann, spoke to club journalists and welcomed the chance to earn some much-needed first-team football, he said; "I'm really looking forward to it. It's the first time I'll be going out on loan and it'll be a good challenge for me. Hopefully I will fit in quite well and hopefully I can get some games. I'm hoping to play most of the games and develop more as a person and as a player."
