Walsall Football Club have announced plans to hold a bucket collection ahead of Saturday afternoon's League One clash with Rotherham United, in aid of young Saddlers fan Isabella Lyttle.

News, released via Saddlers.co.uk, confirms; Ten-year-old Isabella is suffering with neuroblastoma, a rare form of cancer that is the most common cause of death for children aged 1 to 14 years. The courageous young girl has fought this debilitating illness since she was three years old, going into remission three times, but sadly the cancer has now returned.

With no curative treatment currently in this country, she needs to go to America for pioneering therapy, which will cost £200,000. The fund currently stands at just over £28,000 and Isabella needs as much help as possible to raise the necessary amount.

You can make a difference by donating at tomorrow’s game or via her Just Giving page - HERE. Alternatively, you can text ISLY88 (followed by whatever you would like to donate, £1-£10) to 70070. For more information on Isabella’s story, visit her Facebook page – Isabella’s Neuroblastoma Journey.
