Former Walsall goalkeeper Alan Boswell has passed away at the age of 74.
We are saddened to learn that former Walsall goalkeeper Alan Boswell, who made over sixty Saddlers appearances between 1961 and 1963, has passed away at the age of 74.

Alan, who was born in Walsall on 8th August 1943, also played for the likes of Shrewsbury Town, Wolverhampton Wanderers, Bolton Wanderers and Port Vale during a career, which spanned over a decade and saw him play almost five-hundred times.

We would like to pass on our sincere condolences to Alan's family and friends during this sad time.
