On-loan West Ham United midfielder George Dobson, who is nearing the end of a season-long loan spell at Banks's Stadium, has spoken to the local press and revealed that he is making the most of his opportunity to learn from experienced players at the club.

Speaking via the Walsall Advertiser, George, who joined the Hammers from Arsenal in 2015, said; "Obviously you learn a lot from Isaiah and Adam. They have played at a higher level and obviously I am aspiring to try to play at that level.

"You see what they do on and off the pitch and try to put that into your own game. Hopefully in the coming years, I can achieve what they have achieved and perhaps even better, that's the ambition.

"I've got the rest of this season and then one more year on my West Ham contract – and then you never know what will happen. Obviously as a West Ham fan I would love to stay at the club as long as I can but you never know what the future holds."
