Walsall have taken 19-year-old Derry City defender Patrick McClean on trial as manager Jon Whitney continues to consider his options with the Winter Transfer Window just two months away.
Walsall have taken 19-year-old Derry City defender Patrick McClean on trial as manager Jon Whitney continues to consider his options with the Winter Transfer Window just two months away.

Patrick, who is the younger brother of West Bromwich Albion midfielder James McClean, has made twelve first-team appearances for the 'Candy Stripes' so-far this season and has been the subject of plenty of transfer speculation over the last year with Bristol City believed to be close to securing his signature last summer.
