The Azkals' Friendly Against Turkmenistan Has Been Cancelled

The Philippine Football Federation (PFF) have announced that the scheduled friendly match between the Philippines and Turkmenistan has been cancelled.
The Philippine Football Federation (PFF) have announced that the scheduled friendly match between the Philippines and Turkmenistan has been cancelled.

PFF General Secretary Edwin Gastanes said through a press release on the PFF website that the Football Federation of Turkmenistan requested the cancellation as more than half of their players sustained injuries from their recent round of Turkmenistan Championship and Turkmenistan Cup matches.

It has been confirmed that the Azkals will still continue to train for their upcoming scheduled friendly match against Kyrgyzstan, which takes place in Bishkek on Tuesday, 6th September.
