YOUTH | Walsall's Youngsters Travel North for More Alliance Action

Later today, Walsall Football Club's Under 18s side will travel North as they get set to take on tenth placed Wrexham in the latest Football League Youth Alliance (North West) fixture of the season.

Last time out Neil Woods' Saddlers defeated Fleetwood Town by three-goals to-nil as Cameron Peters bagged a brace either side of Maz Kouhyar's first-half strike, the victory was the Saddlers' twelfth in twenty-two alliance outings and saw them maintain the gap to leaders Wigan Athletic.

The Dragons' most recent match took place last Friday, and saw them defeat Carlisle United by three-goals-to-nil as Leo Smith grabbed a brace following Johnny Smith's twentieth-minute opener.

Today's match will take place as Colliers Park, with kick-off currently scheduled for 12:00pm.
