Later today, Walsall Football Club's Under 18s side will play host to Carlisle United in the latest Football League Youth Alliance (North West) fixture of the season.

Neil Woods' Saddlers' most recent game took place last weekend and saw the youngsters defeat Preston North End by four goals-to-nil.

Goals from Cameron Peters (2), Kory Roberts and Kyle King secured an easy victory at a rain-soaked Ray Hall Lane.

Carlisle's most recent game also took place at the weekend, but the young Cumbrians could not match the Saddlers as they slipped to a 2-1 defeat to Fleetwood Town.

A goal from Mike Quigley was not enough to grab a point as goals from Mamadou Djabi and Michael Tetteh either side of the break secured the win for the Cod Army.

INFORMATION
Due to the recent adverse weather the match has been moved to Lilleshall National Sports Centre and supporters are welcome to attend but are advised that there is limited parking and no seating areas around the pitch.
