Later this morning, Walsall Football Club's Under-18s side will travel to Burnley's Gawthorpe Hall Training Ground as they face the Clarets in the latest Football League Youth Alliance (North West) fixture of the season.

Neil Woods' Young Saddlers arrive at the game following a two-nil victory over then-league leaders Tranmere Rovers. Goals from Kyle King ans Maz Kouhyar giving their side all three points.

Walsall have had a solid start to the campaign, winning six of their opening ten league games, losing just one.

In contrast, opponents Burnley have endured a poor start to the season, sitting one place above the bottom of the table, the Clarets have won just two games so far this season, and will be keen to grab some much-needed points this weekend.
